Nanny here who needs advice?

If you have such a great relationship then why are you complaining, you don't have a great relationship they are taking full advantage of you, tell them that you are the nanny and the nanny only, tell them if they want you to do the other jobs (if you want to do them, just want to be pay for it), then you'll be willing to do it at an extra pay for it and outline what the duties will be and do only what they pay for, no freebies, you've been doing others work while the others get paid for it, remind them that it will take away some of the time you are to spending with the children........You said it's not like a fast food place where you leave on one issue, yes it is, you're doing a job and not getting paid for it, at a fast food place people will leave with the same issue (same pay,while others stand around and do nothing)...........You really should find another job, you have your other job to support you till you find another nanny job.........good luck!!!!!!
