feeding for the first time?

I had a huge problem with this too. I had the ointment, the pads, mastitis, and everything else.... I used a nipple shield because of the pain and my son had trouble latching on. I aired out my as much as I could, so they could heal. Try Lansinoh for your , and that should help. I know it is painful, just keep at it. Try a nipple shield if it helps to ease the pain. The ointment should help. Put it on after every feeding. Hope this helps, and congrats on the new little one
