Do you think memphis grizzlies will be a consistent playoff team now?

Memphis still aren't known as typical post season team. They had a good playoff run, because they beated out the number one ranked spurs and advanced to the semi round. Do you think they will still be a good regular season team. Enough to win a good amount of games to make the playoffs every year. Remember they were number 8 this year with about 43 wins I think. If you look back at history. Lesser known teams like the clippers 06 & warriors 07. Have produced the same results as the grizz, but failed to make consistent appearances in the playoffs. The clippers actually did a lot better and weren't a bottom seed team in the 05-06 year lead by elton brand. I think roster change & maybe injuries prevented both the clipps & warriors to be a contiuous playoff team. Do you think Memphis has it to be a persistent playoff team in this decade?
