Baby sucked in bath water?

My daughter has done this a few times. its pretty scary. just keep and eye on her and make sure she doesnt develop a cough, fever or any wheezing over the next few days. it can be an issue if she got a bit in her lungs and caused an infection. but this really isnt common if it was just a little bit. she was crying directly after which is a good sign. that means she didnt get much at all if any ion her lungs. most likely she got it down her throat and either swallowed it or coughed it up. as i said just watch for coughing, wheezing or a fever over the next few day. if she doesnt develop these she will be fine. my guess is she wont and she is perfectly fine. babies fo this all the time. it will happen to every baby at least once in the first few months.
