How can I , as a group moderator, eliminate the requirement for new Messages posted to my group to be approved?

When a member of my group posts a Message (or New Topic) that message is "pending" until I approve of that message. I do not want the new messages to be pending. Do I have the option of not requiring new messages to be approved by the group moderator ?
