I think my mom is losing it....?

My mom won't speak to me because she doesn't like my boyfriend. I am in my 30's, I am successful and I don't need her to tell me how to live my life. She insists that I need to see a counselor and that I need to get help because I pick losers. Then she informed me that she has been to TWO counselors and they both told her to have no contact with my BF as he will only leave me heartbroke and bitter anyway. She also said that they told her that she should leave me be to figure out on my own that Iam only doing this to prove my mother wrong and that I have a problem that I need to counselling for. I'm not stupid, but that sounded like the biggest crock of crap I have ever heard. What do I do with her?
