I give bith to my daughter last tuesday and noticed i got grazes how long till it stops stinging when i wee?

i give birth to my daughter on tuesady and on friday i notices i had grazes about 4 or 5 im not sure but there is a few and it really painfull to wee im just wondering how long till it gets better and stops stinging when i wee n is there out i can do to make it heal faster
