How common is it for a women to have a 'wet' dream? Do you feel guilty? Who do u dream about?

Yes this has happened to me many times before... but most of the time the dream is about my partner, however you have no reason for feeling guilty as you can't control your dreams. Just enjoy what I call the mental ... cause well it starts from your dream, and there's no physical contact. :)
