Can a gas Grill from Sears be connected to a 500 gallon propane tank?

I have a 500 gallon LP tank and i want to connect it to a grill outside. i grill alot and want to create an outside kitchen. i only have the tanked hooked up to my stove in the kitchen and 500 gallons will last a long while just cooking on the stove. but summers in missouri make you want to get out and have a great back yard party. anyways if anyone knows professionally what it takes please inform me!
